These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Genelis website, platform, mobile applications (if any), educational services, AI-powered learning tools, content, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using Genelis, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Genelis is currently operated by an individual proprietor and may subsequently be operated through a registered business entity, affiliate, successor, or permitted assignee. The features available under each plan may be updated, expanded, modified, or discontinued at Genelis's discretion. Genelis reserves the right to revise subscription pricing at any time. Any revised pricing shall apply prospectively and shall not affect an active subscription period already paid for by a user.
All payments shall be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers. Users agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Genelis does not store full payment card information and is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by payment gateway providers, banks, card issuers, UPI providers, or financial institutions.
Access to paid features may be suspended or restricted if payment authorization fails or payment is reversed. All prices displayed on the Platform shall be in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be included in or added to displayed prices in accordance with applicable law.
Subscriptions are currently designed to expire automatically at the end of the purchased subscription period unless explicitly renewed by the user. Where Genelis introduces optional auto-renewal functionality in the future:
