This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund of subscriptions offered by Genelis. By purchasing a subscription, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. This Policy should be read together with the Genelis Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Genelis may offer various subscription plans, including but not limited to:
Genelis reserves the right to modify subscription plans, features, pricing, and benefits from time to time. Changes shall apply prospectively and shall not affect an active subscription already purchased by a user.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings (where available) or by contacting Genelis support. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not result in the immediate termination of access. Users will generally continue to enjoy subscription benefits until the end of the active subscription period.
All subscription purchases are final. Once a subscription has been activated and paid features have become available to the user, fees paid are generally non-refundable. This policy exists because users receive immediate access to digital educational services and content upon activation.
Refunds will generally not be provided in situations including, but not limited to:
Where a user simply decides they no longer wish to use the Platform.
Where a user has used some features but not others.
Where a user chooses not to access the Platform after purchasing a subscription.
Where the user is dissatisfied with examination results, academic performance, rankings, grades, admissions, or educational outcomes.
Where the inability to use the Platform is caused by:
Where a renewal charge occurs after the user has failed to cancel an active subscription before the renewal date.
Genelis may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including:
Where a user is charged multiple times for the same subscription due to a technical error.
Where an incorrect amount has been charged due to a system issue.
Where a substantial service outage prevents meaningful access to paid features for an extended period and no reasonable alternative solution can be provided.
Where a refund is required by applicable law or competent authority.
Approval of any refund request remains subject to verification and review by Genelis.
Users seeking a refund under exceptional circumstances should contact:
